I’m a Health & Wellbeing Coach and Accredited Menopause Lifestyle Coach, and the founder of Pause & Reflect.

I support women to step out of overwhelm and reconnect with themselves and what truly matters.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: when we create space to pause, even small shifts can ripple through every part of our lives.

For a long time, I was juggling work, family and everything in between, while slowly running on empty. I felt tired, overwhelmed, and not quite like myself anymore.

When something had to change, I began searching for a different way, one that felt calmer, more sustainable and more aligned with what my body actually needed.

Through that process, I deepened my understanding of wellbeing, drawing on areas such as sleep, mindfulness, longevity and lifestyle-based approaches to health, alongside training as a Health & Wellbeing Coach, with a focus on menopause.

Now, I support other women in the same position, offering a calm, structured space to slow down, reconnect, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and lasting.
