Finding Calm in Menopause
A gentle, practical workshop for women in perimenopause and menopause
Menopause can affect your confidence, your sleep, how you feel, manage stress and respond to everyday life.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired or not quite yourself, this workshop will give you space to pause, understand what may be happening in your body, and learn simple tools to support yourself.

Understand the impact menopause has on your mind, body and nervous system
Practise simple tools to manage overwhelm, low mood, stress and emotional ups and downs
Create a plan to reconnect with yourself and feel more like you again
