This is the first workshop in a five-part wellbeing series for women in perimenopause, menopause and midlife.

The series explores five key areas of support:

  • Calm: calming the nervous system

  • Rest: supporting sleep and recovery

  • Nourish: improving nutrition and reducing inflammation

  • Strengthen: building strength, energy and confidence

  • Expand: exploring purpose, identity and what comes next

You can attend this workshop on its own, or use it as the first step in a wider wellbeing reset.
