You don’t need more pressure, stricter routines or another plan to follow.
What worked before - pushing harder, doing more, being stricter with yourself - often stops working, and can leave you feeling more depleted, not less.

Instead, this is about learning to work with your body, not against it.

We create space. We slow things down. And we focus on what will actually support you now.

Together, we move through the three stages, restoring calm, rebuilding strength and reconnecting with what matters most.

Each session is shaped around you: your pace, your life, your priorities.

This is steady, meaningful support that meets you where you are, and helps you move forward in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

This is a focused starting point. Some clients choose to continue beyond this to deepen and embed the work.

I also deliver menopause awareness talks and workshops for organisations, community groups, charities and healthcare teams, offering a balanced, real-life approach that supports both individuals and those around them.

These sessions are designed to:

  • Share practical, everyday strategies that make a difference

A supportive way to step back, gain perspective and move forward, individually or together.

A relaxed monthly walk for women who would like to connect with others, enjoy fresh air and take some time in nature.

Each walk includes a short guided pause to help you slow down, breathe and settle into the morning.

I’ll be joining this local wellbeing evening with short, gentle sessions exploring women’s wellbeing in midlife and menopause.

The evening will include simple, practical ideas to support calm, rest, nourishment, strength and confidence.

Finding Calm In Menopause

Sunday 12 July | 10:00am–12:30pm | Bledington Village Hall

A supportive workshop for women who want to better understand menopause, stress and the nervous system.

Co-hosted with Heather Keats, Mindfulness Teacher, this 2.5-hour session will include gentle tools, reflection and practical techniques to help you feel calmer and more grounded.
