As a trained nurse, personal trainer and mindfulness practitioner with over 20 years’ experience of helping others to feel healthier and happier, I bring a professional and unique blend of methodologies to help you reach a state of being that feels good inside - NOT through traditional goal setting and 'more, more, more' mentality, but through cultivating inner peace, deeper connection and a stronger sense of purpose.
